Dojo Location - The Cass Centre

Who?

The evening classes are for adults of all fitness levels.
Saturday morning classes at the dojo (Cass Centre) are only for children over 7.

What should I wear?

Come along in loose clothing or any martial arts suit.  Don't worry about footwear as we train bare foot.

How much does it cost?

First class free of charge.
Training fees:
Adults: £20 per month or £5 per class
Children: £15 per month or £5 per class.
Annual Licence (payable following initial trial period):  
Adults: £40
Children: £25
